Stone plastic floor is a new type of environmentally friendly floor, with zero formaldehyde, mildew-proof, moisture-proof, fire-proof, insect-proof, easy to install and other characteristics. The floor material uses an environmentally friendly formula and does not contain heavy metals, phthalates, methanol and other harmful substances.

SPC floor uses natural materials and is made by high temperature hot pressing to avoid the formaldehyde problem caused by glue bonding. The structure is composed of: UV coating, Wear Layer, Decor film layer, SPC Core, and EVA or IXPE.

SPC floor is mainly composed of a certain proportion of calcium powder and polyvinyl chloride stabilizer to form a composite floor material. It is a new material invented in response to national emission reduction, a hard SPC indoor floor. SPC floor uses calcium powder as the main raw material, and is plasticized and extruded into sheets, four-roll calendered hot-applied color film decorative layer and wear-resistant layer. It does not contain heavy metal formaldehyde and harmful substances. It is a 100% formaldehyde-free environmentally friendly floor and a true 0 formaldehyde floor.

Non-toxic and odorless, not afraid of water, fire, or moisture; in terms of scratch resistance, resource use, and anti-slip performance, SPC lock floor is better than laminate floor. There will be no holes on the surface of SPC lock floor, and it will not seep water; there will be no seams after splicing. After stains, it can be easily cleaned by gently wiping with a rag. It will not leave difficult-to-remove marks, and it does not need to be maintained with special maintenance products. SPC floor is considered to be a new generation of floor materials, which are characterized by: extremely stable, high performance, completely waterproof, high-density sales core, and indentation resistance; it can be easily installed on different types of ground bases, concrete, ceramics or existing floors.
